In the case of large-volume deliveries, which we have to deliver with pallets, we reserve the right to adjust the freight costs to the daily prices of the freight forwarders.
1. The goods are shipped generally five days after receipt of the order, except if a different description can be found in the product description or the proposal. One to three days after receipt of money for pre-paid orders. The customer will be informed in writing if significant delays occur, e.g. due to illness or delivery issues. The customer will be informed by email about delays. However, listed delivery times are only approximate. Agreed delivery dates are not fixed dated, even if they are specified based on a calendar. We will inform you in an adequate manner if a product is not available or cannot be delivered immediately. Partial deliveries are permissible. In case of delivery delays, claims for damages are only applicable if the delay is based on intention or gross negligence. Further claims for damages are excluded. We have the right to select the type of packaging. The shipment must be checked for transport damages immediately after receipt and the shipping company must be informed immediately about possible transport damages. It is possible to deliver after the obstacles have been resolved for delivery delays based on force majeure, official interventions, natural disasters, rebellion, strikes or other circumstances that are not the responsibility of ADV PAX Lutec GmbH.
2. Payments must be made net within 7 days. Pre-payments are required for first customer orders, EU deliveries and print orders. The payments are made by account transfer. The contract partner will be automatically in default if the payment is delayed. For payment delays, we reserve the right to charge interest in the amount of 8 percentage points above the current key interest rate of the German Federal Bank. The bookings will always be made to the oldest open receivables. In case of payment delays by the contract partner, we have in any case the right to cancel additional deliveries assumed that a security is not provided in advance and we can - independent of our other rights -request the return of our assets. First orders are only delivered after a pre-payment has been received. Payments must be made in EUR. A special shipping cost fee is applicable for the delivery of single products or samples after pre-payment. This lump sum fee increases in case of cash on delivery shipments. Adherence to minimum order values is required for certain product groups otherwise a fee for a small order has to be charged. If not specified otherwise, our scaled prices are net plus applicable value added tax and freight cost. This price model is valid for deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany. Shipping cost for deliveries abroad must be determined for each individual case. This can result in a delay of the delivery date. The prices lose their previous validity after new proposal lists are issued.
